Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Booksfinity. This policy explains how and when your order is shipped.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping methods and costs
Available methods, their cost and the estimated delivery time are always displayed at checkout before you pay. They currently include:
- Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more (estimated 10-15 days)
- USPS Economy - $4.00 (estimated 5-7 days)
- USPS Expedited - $8.35 (estimated 3-4 days)
- UPS 2 Day - $9.75 (estimated 2 business days)
Delivery estimates start once your order has shipped and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect them.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Pre-order and back-order titles ship as soon as they become available; the expected availability is shown on the book page when known.
Order tracking
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information when available. You can also follow your order from your account or on our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Booksfinity is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days through our Contact page with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will work with the carrier and you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
